Stock control and Shipping schedule management/control:
• Communication with warehouse for inventory situation;
• Communicating with the suppliers and warehouse on the dispatch dates, estimated arrival date and the delivery ways;
• Forecasting on arrival of the goods to the warehouse;
• Negotiation with shippers and warehouse for prioritization on goods handling;
• Maintenance of the goods availability list based on the above mentioned information.
System data maintenance(SAP and SPSI):
• Update shipping schedule based on the information from the suppliers, shippers and warehouse;
• Data consistency management;
• Purchase statistics data analysis, checking the current stock at the warehouse and the demand for the current moment;
• Monthly purchase plan compiling;
• Reporting according to the internal department requirements;
• Registration of new models onto the database.
Misc.:
• Advertisement/promotion payment request application handling. And maintenance of the “Advertisement budget – expense list”;
