Sales activities with main goal to increase sales from Russia & CIS (contracting, sales calls, Roadshows, exhibiting, workshops, special projects, fam trips, presentations, publicity: texts for News letters etc). Maintenance of a proactive and positive relationship with existing accounts and search for new potential accounts. Close cooperation with MICE agents and corporate clients in terms of organizing conferences, incentives, meetings. Coordination of Hosted Buyers Programmes to international exhibitions. Groups coordination: combining proposals for organizing congresses, conferences, seminars, incentives, product launches; budget management, close contacts to hotels, troubleshooting, etc. Coordination of all sales and marketing activities, marketing research, drawing up & support of contracts with touroperators & MICE agents. Generating of sales activity reports to the General Sales office. Database permanent updating.
