• Development of project concepts for creation of net of steel structures plant in Russia
• Development of project budget, project time –schedule
• Searching for “green/brown field”
• Negotiations to manufacturing companies regarding Joint Venture incorporation.
• Searching of suppliers for equipment and raw material for new plant
After JV creation my responsibilities are:
• Plant managing:
- Annual and monthly budget development
- Plant organization development
- Sales managing (volume of orders was increased 2 times in 5 month)
- Profitability managing

Technical Manager General duties:
• Search and estimation of production facilities of potential subcontractors for steel structures
• Order execution control
• Development and issue of production documentation necessary for steel structure production such as manufacturing time schedule, inspection and test plans, etc.
• Quality control of steel structures.
Company took decision to set up own production facilities in Russia:
General Director/Project manager General duties:
• Searching for land for new manufacturing plant
• Negotiations to local authorities regarding land realize
• Getting construction permission
• TEO approval by local authorities
• Searching and approval for subcontractors for construction
• Issue and control construction time schedule
• Making sure that the project is executed by subcontractors in accordance with the plans and specifications.
• Approval of the work done by subcontractors and payment for the approved work
• Monitoring of project progress as per the construction schedule.
• Searching of suppliers for equipment and raw material for new plant
• Report to Head office (Luxembourg) – Deputy Managing Director

• Handling of technical documentation

General duties:
• Making sure that subcontractors hire qualified people only
• Making sure that erection tools are of high quality and meet the H & S regulations
• Daily inspections to make sure that equipment, tools, welding consumables, etc. are handled properly
• Daily inspection of mounting operations
• Daily inspection of welding work including test of every welder coming to the site
• Check of repair statistics on the basis of NDT tests to ensure that necessary corrective actions are taken by the contractors
• Inspection of the site, including inspection of storage facilities
• Continuous inspection of company's welding record history
