The greenfield in-situ leaching uranium project developed in two consecutive phases ($200m) with successful start-up in 2006 and 2007 accordingly.
In 2007 promoted to position of Deputy Plant Manager in charge of daily management and coordination of plant operations to ensure the plant meets production goals and standards at minimal production costs.
In 2008 took place of Engineering Manager responsible for engineering part of expansion of uranium ore processing facilities to 4000 tonnes per year.
