I joined Rain Bird at that moment when company decided to develop the market of Eastern Europe and was one of the first employees hired for that purpose. From scratch there was created a database of companies all over territories and adjusted cooperation with regions, there were organized tenth of different events and hundreds of customers were visited
As a district manager, I started develop the markets of Ukraine, Baltic States, Armenia and Central Asia, Kazakhstan first. Always being in line with the sales targets, I put in a lot of effort in developing of cooperation with leading industry expert’s societies like landscape architects associations, nurseries stock associations and others. There were launched an educational programs in relevant universities for students and teachers. All that efforts allowed increase brand awareness among specialists and help to win number of large projects like “Zaryadie Park” in Moscow and others.
During my work in the company, I took part in number of internal sales and technical trainings in Europe and US, including management training in French office in March of 2020. Twice represent company in EIMA show in Bologna. In 2018, I got reward for “Best Sales Achievements of 2017.
