I was hired for the project in Kiev, UA. Adidas were planning to build in Brovary 14,000 sm2 of the warehouse space, for some reason JLL was not able to win the project either some political outstanding issue. I have spent a few months in Moscow preparing for this project, reading materials and getting familiar with the project, at the same time I was preparing proposals for DELL, Google, Moscow Adidas, Mindspeed etc. I had decided not to stay in Moscow; I came back in Kiev to pursue another path with a different company.

My role was to control workflow of a fit-out office, between General Contractor and the Client. I provided to a Client weekly report with the progress of construction phase. Resolved any issues during construction either technical issues, mechanical, security and IT issues. Always kept the client up to date with on-going construction situation. Held on site Meetings and wrote reports of Meeting Minutes and distributed them to people on site, to provide with oncoming issues or works needed to be performed. Had to monitor and control quality of work, following by Scope of Work. All works were followed by Microsoft Project Programme.

Managed construction sites for waterproofing installation system, across London and surrounding areas.
Carried out presentation of installation of a waterproofing material, quality check of installation of a material in process of work (correction of mistakes) and at end of work.
Marketed and researched new construction sites.
Supervised and directed site work as a site manager for construction sites.
Wrote daily reports of the site visit (including the photo report) and the summary analysis about the work done for the month, performed on monthly board of directors with the state-of-the-art review.

The company focused on facades for industrial and residential projects.
My role was to perform works for the client, by providing high quality services with installation of facades within the shortest period. I managed the team of 30 people who were working and performing installation of facades. I was responsible for quality of work, hiring people, holding meetings with the supervisor, keeping the Client with updated info regarding construction phase. Helped the client to choose the proper material to complete the project (for example- colour, tone, design)
Worked very precise to the schedule. Kept track of the hours of the workers for jobs performed.
