Participating in start-up project of newly established Russian Legal entity OOO “Lehman Brothers” – full administrative and HR support and implementation of procedures from scratch:
- CRE (Corporate Real Estate): interim restacks; new office design development; moving planning and office relocation (30 August 2008); negotiations with the Landlord (rental contract and maintenance works);
- HR: work permits; visas and invitation letters support; medical and life insurance; expats’ relocation support; vacation and business trips recording;
- IT: printers’ strategy implementation; critical systems’ and engineering maintenance providers’ marketing survey;
- Finance: local expenses’ reimbursement system implementation (American Express cards and cash); creation and implementation of mobile policy; invoices’ monthly review and approval; full budgeting of administrative expenses;
- Travel: implementation of local travel management policy; negotiation of the deals with airlines and hotels’ chains (Aeroflot, Baltchug Kempinski, Ararat Hyatt, Mandarin, etc.);
- BDS (Business Development Services): local vendors’ market research – liaison with stationery providers, chauffeur and taxi companies, archiving and catering suppliers, HR and cleaning agencies, couriers and vending companies, etc.; cooperation with multi-media, corporate security, health and safety, corporate communication and facilities teams; performance of customs clearance;
- Events planning: 2008 Christmas Party, New Office Opening Cocktail Party;
- BCP (Business Continuity): BC planning and updating; investigating DR-sites options;
- Management: Reception, Office Assistant, Personal Assistants, external vendors.
- Office relocation;
- Implementation of cost saving initiatives;
- Deep knowledge of Office Manager’s role and responsibilities in Investment Banking field.
