Tele2 Baltics relaunch:
Relaunch of telecom brand Tele2 in the Baltic countries. Research, choice of a test-market (Latvia), new communication strategy, creative development, TV production (4 Image TVCs, 6 tactical), 3-staged large-scale launch campaign (TV, guerilla marketing, ambient media, BTL, shops redesign, POS, participation in creating of a new global brand book). Key contact person – Head of Communications Marketing of Tele2 Europe as well as local marketing team. Business results – positive brand perception shift (main KPIs went up 2 times more than planned), 3 times sales volume growth, perception of the campaign as one of the main events in the Latvian society. Start-up project in CIS. Implemented together with IMA-group. Goal: opening full-service marcom agency abroad within a framework of a larger media holding (TV-channels, newspapers, Internet etc). During the period my responsibilities were to handle extensive market research, to build-up relationship on a new market, to win new business and prepare the basis for further business development. Achievements: 5 pitches won from scratch (including research, brand building, brand book development, communication strategy, PR-strategy, PR projects implementation).
