Duties:
- Development, the organization and audit of Service Centers "Ricoh" in territory of Russia. (at the moment there are 70 Authorized Service Centers)
- Work coordination, consultation and rendering of technical support to the regional service centers on techniques service "Ricoh".
- Development of SLA for each partner.
- Estimation of the partner activity in key indicators of quality, according to standards of Ricoh Company.
- Regular meetings with service partners and negotiations concerning service of office equipment, and also tracing of the processes connected with warranty and after-warranty service.
- Finding-out technical problems on products and informing technical experts for the operative decision of questions.
- The organization and planning technical trainings for service partners.
- The control of work of service «Hot line»
- Gathering the marketing information and the information on the installed devices, the information about competitors and requirements of customers to service.
- Preparation and working out of contracts on service with direct customers, and the control of their performance.
- The organization of process of installation and equipment service, support of repair service, change of configuration of the equipment of office systems by partners.
- The control of terms, conditions, budget, payment and pricing with partners concerning service.
- The control of performance of the plan on sales of spare parts to the service centers, and as the analysis of a condition of a warehouse of spare parts of the service centers.
- Support of sales department in tender deliveries.
- Tracing of level of satisfaction of customers.

- Increase of the Service Centers at territories of the Russian Federation.
- Developing system of distribution of the service documentation for the Service Centers.
- Working out of the program of awarding of engineers of the Service Centers.
- Increase of service contracts with direct customers (the international companies).
