*3 Making databases of current projects
*4 Checking all the documents, business plans and major correspondence against the pureness of english language
*5 Working with business plans (Basic calculation of income and expenses, estimation of future market, competitive ability of future shops)

- Strong communicaion skills with clients, colleagues and chiefs
- Practical knowledge of drafting and checking sale and lease contracts under russian law
- Ability to work under pressure and time limitations
