Working out legal proposals (sales pitches) and power point presentations;
Updating data base (contacts)
Collecting legal experience of the firm's professionals for marketing purposes (Russian, English, German);
PR and promotion: organizing and running promotion events, regular mailings (legal newsletters, newsflashes, invitations, publications, follow up letters etc.), monitoring legal market, positioning advertisement, negotiating firm's participation and sponsorship in various international and local events (including accompanied documentation, invoicing etc.);
Registering, filing and settling marketing invoices (drafting bilingual memorandums on the completion of services, translating invoices, working with accompanied documentation);
Correspondence with service providers (Russian, English, German);
Preparing reports (submissions) for the rating agencies;
Formatting, editing and finalizing articles of the professionals as well as coordinating its further publication;
Coordinating production, delivery and payment for marketing materials;
Other related duties.
