Duties: Working out and realization of steps for the company appearance on the regional market: contacts with suppliers and agents, marketing measures. Searching for and attracting clients, working with their queries, preparing and signing contracts, keeping them under control until they are finished. Because of a financial crisis in October 2008 the department was closed and the duties were reconsidered: a) working with problem clients and suppliers in the Far East; b) property monitoring in the region; c) gathering information about the regional leasing market.
Achievements: There was found a scheme and a plan was developed how to take the “frozen” property off the Customs legally and with no financial risks.
Because of the department closed, I have been transferred to another department.

Since February 2008 – Responsible for combating legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and financing of terrorism (CLPCFT). For the last 4 months also recruiting, teaching and managing the sales department. Searching for a strategic investor to merge with.
Achievements: Organization of the CLPCFT system from the very beginning, successful pass through The Federal Financial Monitoring Service inspection, quarterly plans fulfilling, organization of negotiations concerning merger with the representative of a federal leasing company.
