About the candidate:
The candidate will be responsible for digital marketing activities, executing both B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, developing holistic cross-channel marketing strategies with company goals in mind!
In This Role You Will:
- Coordinate with the company global digital hub
- Follow digital marketing growth strategies
- Leverage experience with a multiple advertising platforms, channels and mediums to establish the right mix and focusing on strategies that drive the best return on effort and investment
- Foster and maintain a close relationship with outside partners, agencies and third party resources tracking ongoing performance to ensure maximum benefits
- Write blog posts and newsletters (translating most of the material)
- Newsletter writing
- Manage SEM (paid Search Engine Marketing campaigns)
- Implement SEO on our websites (editorial Search Engine Optimization strategy)
- Roll-out SMM (Social Media Marketing editorial plan)
- Run SMA (Social Media Advertising)
- Be CMGR (Community Manager)
- Forecast performance and budget appropriately for all digital channels
- Analyze and present data
- Provide guidance and recommendations for MarTech tools and platforms to drive performance
- Support nutritional consultants, vets, breeders and sales and collaborate with them on marketing activities
- Develop near and long-term strategies, roadmaps, and oversee day-to-day tactics that increase revenue, site traffic, conversion, margins, and ROAS
- Learn and stay current with advances in digital marketing, competitive landscape, and macro environment Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation
- Great writing skills
- Advanced English proficiency
- 2+ years of experience as a digital marketer
- Knowledge of the country most popular social media
- Google/Yandex Ads hands-on experience
- Facebook/Vkontact Ads hands-on experience
- Google Analytics hands-on experience
- WordPress hands-on experience
- Community management experience on social networks
- Quick learner abilities
- Passion about digital media
- Organized and proactive attitude
- Ability to travel for industry events and content opportunities
- Positive approach to work and be resilient
- Genuine interest in pets’ health
- A sense of humor ;)
